Here is a postcard for you. A series of shots of the remodel job going on. We will have another update soon on the new motor vehicle that your chillens have acquired. It’s impressive.  The basic dune buggy look, with a perfect place to mount a machine gun on top for those annoying traffic jams.

Hi all… Just adding a post. I’m being held against my will. It’s been 4 nights and 3 days since seeing a single human being. It’s dark here..So dark.

Ok, maybe I’m not being held against my will, but that sounded more exciting. Not much going on in our city in the East. Beth and I find out the sex of our baby tomorrow. My gut tells me it’s a girl, but I hope it’s a boy.. Girls are wayyyyyy too much trouble. Then there’s all the prom dresses you have to buy and you have to pay for the wedding. Not to mention all the dealings with PMS. Who needs that???

Other than that, nothing else going on. Talked to Dave on Family day. Seems like he likes all the GI Joe stuff. Sounds like he is playing all the games he and I played when we were little. Makes me wish I could go play too. I fear I am too much of a smart ass for the army. I don’t think I’d fit in too well. Oh well. Well that’s all. If I don’t see ya again, good afternoon, good evening and good night.

In support of Jenny and Jim, and to join symbolically with Pambo, Ma and Pa will baby-sit Emily, Noah, and Maisie, and lead an attack on Chucky Cheese (or some Pizza Parlour) to show solidarity with the military effort.  Yea I know it’s hard, but we can handle it!! 

Meanwhile Jim and Jenny will report for some well-deserved R&R. Replenishing themselves physically and mentally for the battles that lay ahead. 

It’s all about family!

Pam …. know in the family as Pambo, cause she is truly fierce and fearless, led her lil family to a city in the West for a “Deployment Drill”.  Yes, Pam Julie and Repete went to a Guard sponsored Mobilization Drill for Dependents.  Repete will be called upon to go through what Pete did.  Okay he won’t leave really, but it is a thing for dependents to show them what DAD is doing. 

We are all proud of her, and we know that Repete will hold up the family honor as he does what his daddy did, and defend these great United States of America.  God Bless Pambo (get it the Rambo connection?) and Julie and Repete as they attend the weekend festivities.

Well this took a few days, sorry about that.  This is the 4th of July Postcard for those of you removed and close, of the 4th of July festivities.  Pete, Chris, Jenny, Pam, Mike et al hope you like it.
