Pete and the …………

Pete&Iraqi

They say travel is broadening. Pete is on the all expense paid extreem vacation in the Sandbox.

He gets to travel to strange and exotic places, and meet the locals. Notice the excitement in his expression, as he stands next to an Iraqi soldier.

Pete loves his job. He really loves it. He wrote that on a 3″X5″ index card so he can take it out of his pocket and read it twice a day.

Pete has really good judgement. Notice how he never leaves home without his poodle shooter.

Hang in Pete, we are all proud of you.

Let your Marshmellow Flambo shine for your new cousin.

There will always be a place for you at the fire Eva. Just don’t sit too close to your cousins due to flaming gooey stuff.

Eva’s first photoshoot

Tuesday, December 5th, 2006

That kid knows how to make an entrance.

Chris (AKA Big Poppa Chris now) sends:

“Decided to send a few quick pics of our new daughter. Officially 7lbs. 15.1oz. 21.25″ long. As beautiful as her momma.”

Proud Moma

And a child was born.  Just in time to be a huge tax deduction too.

Big Poppa Chris

Daddy’s girl.

Eva

Ain’t she cute?

Yawn

Getting born can wear a girl out .. not to mention Mom

Proud Poppa

And now I gotta go print out these photos for Ma, so she can do the Grandma thing at work tomorrow.

Eva is the Good News. Healthy and active.

Bad news is Ma has a cold so we cancelled our trip to the city in the East for this weekend. There is no way we are gonna expose these folks. Hopefully we will be good to go the weekend after.

Announcing Eva Marie

Monday, December 4th, 2006

Congratulations to Chris and Beth, to be know from henceforth as Dad and Mom, or whatever Eva Marie can manage to call them.  Of course you know the game is on. Each wants Eva to say Dad or Mom first. I bet she says Cookie or Shug first (family dogs folks). She gets that naturally from her parents, a love for animals that is.

Born today 4 Dec, 2006. She weighs 7lbs and 15 ounces. It was a long night and morning for the new parents, but all are doing well.

Who said the ultimate revenge is when your kids become parents?

Snicker, snicker.

This weekend Ma and I will travel to the city in the East and say howdy to the new granddaughter.

Scruffy and Maisie

Scruffy and Maisie

Scruffy on the left, Maisie on the right. Buddies forever.

One of the magical things in life is how kids and dogs bond. With this dog I truely believe if we could tap his energy we could power Cleveland for a few days.

Maisie, well she just lends grace to any photo anytime. Course being her grandpa I may be a bit biased.

Peter on Wheels

Moving on. Research and Development continues. Next  we try the upgunned skateboard with minigun and rocketpack.

And when the snow melts, we will try it out.
