Ah yea now it’s time to stuff your knees in your big T-shirt and roll. This ladies and gentlemen is the reason kids don’t need to join the gym. They work out this way. Maybe us older guys should do more of this too Ya think?

Happy Birthday, Jim. Pa forgot the cake and icecream pictures. Also, the old guys shouldn’t attempt the stunts depicted in the last picture unless cleared by their physician, first.

Emily played a bit on the flute and now … I gotta read the book and see about editing out a small bit or two for here.

I did not know that Emily played the flute. I liked the songs she played and how she played them. She is really tallented!!
