SSgt Pete is Home!
Following a long transition back, Ssgt Pete is home at last. Everyone is delighted.

Most everyone dropped by to say howdy and get together.

Red Hats are all the passion for tiny wimmins.

Pete gets to say hi to Eva. She is about 7 months old, and he has been gone for 15 months.

No matter how you stack it, these are the days they will remember.

Time goes so fast. We all need to remember to savor it.

I can remember when Chris was this size.

Faithful companions and guardians.

Welcome Home PETE! So it has been a very long time (mother of 4 working Full Time (YUCK!) I have to say I do enjoy my job! you know civilian nursing is so different from military. Before at the old place I would listen to patients and try to help them with their ailments. No matter how long they had that ingrown toenail. I tried to fix it! But now I have the privilage of caring for our finest and their famliies. I love these soldiers. We are doing a lot of Air Evacs from Germany, since the Walter Reed thing. How wonderful it is to greet these men when they come home. But it must mean so much more when they like Pete come home complete.
