February 13th, 2008 at 8:27 pm eIf any of your clients are males that were assaulted by females that approached/wrapped a banner around and then pushed around - this is being passed around various anti-sites as a new tactic -the famales hands are not on their victims therefore they can not be charged with assault…can they be charged with illegal confinement and intimidation? Maybe even undue mental duress and cruelty?

I will say this flat out. ANYBODY who restricts my right to enter ANY place of business is very likely to get hurt. Whether it be in a court of law, or from a gun if they frighten me badly enough. THeir right to protest does NOT trump might rights as a citizen, and that includes the right to defend myself.
