Cooking in the Sun
It was 98 degrees. I believe I sweat more on this trip than I have on other trips in quite sometime. Gr@yM@n got a week of leave so we made the most of it. It was so busy I didn’t get as many photos as I should have. I will put out a call for photos I know 3 or 4 others were taking shots.

We don’t take photos anymore of Gr@yM@n’s face …. ergo the nickname Gr@yM@n. Here he is sharing a moment with sister Ner. Ma and Dawn sit back and enjoy the time. It was the first time we got the family together for an overnight camping, fishing trip in years.

Here is Miss M going about the task of sorting the color coded tent posts for the family tent.

Neat groups of color coded tent poles set up by Miss M. Meanwhile her brother Noah, sister Emster, and dad Jim, each perform their individual tasks to erect the tent.

Miss M stops to give a waive to her fan (Grandpa) and then continues her tasks. Pete, Pambo, Doodlebug & Hope, Skateboard Brother, Chris, and Mike were there too. Like I said I didn’t take enough photos but I betcha I can get a few from family.

Finially Sundown. Time to light the fire and cook dinner. Ner did a great job. After dinner the consumate chick treat … Smores. Chris got there late and we talked and waited for him to arrive.
Life is good.

(The pictures finally came through. Determination is the key. Better late than never) The pictures are great Ms. M. looks quite sophisticated. The hat, the walk, the wave. The girls want to go horseback riding, too, but its too hot here. Have fun!
