Madison, Wis. - Wisconsin Democrats on Friday ousted a delegate to their national convention for saying she would vote for Republican presidential candidate Sen. John McCain in November.

Embarrassed by a defection in their ranks, the Wisconsin Democratic Party’s administrative committee voted 23-0 to strip Debra Bartoshevich of her status as a delegate to the Denver convention next month.

Bartoshevich was elected by party activists as a pledged delegate for Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton from the 1st Congressional District in southeastern Wisconsin. But after Clinton dropped out of the race, Bartoshevich told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel she would support McCain over Democratic Sen. Barack Obama.

That’s a polite way to say … lies.

Denny has voted against off shore drilling 19 times. I called his office today to ask how he would vote on off shore drilling this time. The flunky who answered informed me that Denny the Pelosi Poodle never answers except by writing … so give him my name and address and he would see that I got a written response.

That would be odd. Denny hasn’t answered any email from me since he found out I don’t agree with him. The fact that I am a registered Democrat in his district and have been ….. since like forever means nothing.

However Denny is hitting the energy (high gas prices) on his web site hard. It’s all pious piffle and meaningless pontificating, but it sooths the Moonbats and confuses those for whom pages and pages of meaningless blather intimidate.

So far his crowning achievement was the time his aid responded to one of my … “why are giving aid and comfort to the terrorists letters” with several pages of where he stood on the issue of smoking.

Good thing he isn’t up for election this time … ah no wait .. he is. Good thing there are so many people with Bush Derangement Syndrome in his district.

     Many fled to this country to escape religious persecution. We must judge people as people and not as what persuasion they are. Many times homosexual people claim discrimination, kind of like militant muslims. But when they are in power, they tend to want to extinguish those who disagree with their lifestyle.

The cultural, and now political, straight-arm to adherents of the Christian faith in San Francisco has been increasingly public in the last two years. Just one week after the anti-Catholic resolution was passed, the San Francisco Board issued a similar resolution against a mostly evangelical group.

Following a gathering of 25,000 teens at San Francisco’s AT&T Park as part of Ron Luce’s Teen Mania “Battle Cry for a Generation” rally against the sexualization of America’s youth culture by advertisers and media, the board spoke out formally again.

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, the Board of Supervisors unanimously passed a resolution condemning the “act of provocation” by what it termed an “anti-gay,” “anti-choice” organization that aimed to “negatively influence the politics of America’s most tolerant and progressive city.”

Openly gay California Assemblyman Mark Leno told protesters of the teen rally that though such religious people may be few, “they’re loud, they’re obnoxious, they’re disgusting, and they should get out of San Francisco.”

The Chronicle also reported on a San Francisco protester against the evangelical youth rally carrying a sign that may sum up the sentiment: “I moved here to get away from people like you.”

The Thomas More Law Center hopes the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals will decide in the case of Resolution 1680-08 that even if a large portion of the community is at odds with a religion’s views on homosexuality, the government cannot be used as a weapon to condemn religious faith.

Currently, as WND has reported, the states of Colorado and Michigan are tackling the question of whether the Bible itself can be vilified as “hate speech” for it’s condemnation of homosexuality, and Canada has developed human rights commissions, which have decided people cannot express opposition to homosexuality without fear of government reprisal.”

As it has already happened in Canada people have suffered state legal action for preaching in church. It’s similiar to Sharia Law in it’s militancy.

By the way they don’t like Marines or the Military either. Good thing Nancy Pelosi isn’t a Catholic so it doesn’t bother her.

Barack Obama is not a legal U.S. natural-born citizen according to the law on the books at the time of his birth, which falls between December 24, 1952, to November 13, 1986. Federal Law requires that the office of President requires a natural-born citizen if the child was not born to two U.S. Citizen parents. This is what exempts John McCain, though he was born in the US Panama Canal Zone, his parents were both US Citizens.

US Law very clearly states: ‘. . . If only one parent is a U.S. Citizen at the time of one’s birth, that parent musthave resided in the United States for minimum ten years, five of which must be after the age of 16.’ Barack Obama’s father was not a U.S. Citizen which is a known fact.

Obama’s mother was only 18 when Obama was born. This means even though she had been a U.S. Citizen for 10 years, (or citizen of Hawaii being a territory), his mother fails the test for at-least-5-years- prior-to Barack Obama’s birth, but-after-age-16.

In essence, Mother alone is not old enough to qualify her son for automatic U.S. Citizenship. At most, 2 years elapsed from his mother turning 16 to the time of Barack Obama’s birth when she was 18. His mother would have needed to have been 16 + 5 = 21 years old at the time of Barack Obama’s birth for him to be a natural-born citizen. Barack Obama was already 3 years old at the time his mother would have needed to be to allow him natural citizenship from his only U.S. Citizen parent. Obama should have been naturalized as a citizen . . . but that would disqualify him from holding the office.

The Constitution clearly declares: Naturalized citizens are ineligible to hold the office of President. Though Barack Obama was sent back to Hawaii at age 10, any other information does not matter because his mother is the one who must fulfill the requirement to be a U.S. Citzen for 10 years prior to his birth on August 4, 1961, with 5 of those years being after age 16.

Further, Obama may have had to have remained in the USA for some time frame to protect any citizenship he might have had, rather than living in Indonesia . This is very clear cut and a glaring violation of U.S. Election law. I think the Governor Schwarzenegger of California should be very interested in discovering if Obama is allowed to be elected President without being a natural-born U.S. Citizen, since this would set a precedent. Stay tuned to your TV sets because I suspect some of this information will be leaking through over the next few months.”

Gotcha!… Democrats Ask For It & Get It Good on Iraq 15 of 18 Benchmarks Have Now Been Met in Iraq.

It’s Never Been About Winning In Iraq For Democrats– The original Iraq benchmark reporting was not required beyond the September 2007 deadline. But, hoping to score points against Bush and Republicans, Democrats asked for an update on those benchmarks last month.

Sadly, for a party that has invested so much in defeat, this time the “gotcha” game backfired on Democrats. Phenomenal Success In Iraq– 15 of 18 benchmarks have been met in Iraq. The Washington Post gives more background on the Iraq benchmarks:

Iraq has met all but three of 18 original benchmarks set by Congress last year to measure security, political and economic progress, according to a report by the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad… The embassy judged that the only remaining shortfalls were the Baghdad government’s failure to enact and implement laws governing the oil industry and the disarmament of militia and insurgent groups, and continuing problems with the professionalism of the Iraqi police.

All other goals — including preparations for upcoming elections, reform of de-Baathification and disarmament laws, progress on enacting and spending Iraq’s budget, and the capabilities of the Iraqi army — were rated “satisfactory.” Congress drew up the list of 18 benchmarks early last year, based on pledges by the administration and Baghdad, and passed legislation requiring progress reports. In congressional testimony last September, Gen. David H. Petraeus, the U.S. commander in Iraq, and Ryan C. Crocker, the U.S. ambassador to Iraq, told lawmakers that about half the goals had been met. The original legislation required no reports beyond the September testimony. More recently, the White House has maintained that the benchmarks are no longer a useful measurement of Iraq’s progress. But the embassy prepared the new assessment in response to a request by Rep. Mike McIntyre (D-N.C.) to update the benchmarks.

Upon hearing this news, Democrats insisted that “solid progress” would have been made if the US had retreated in defeat.

Yeah right.

In spite of you, the terrorists, the democrat leadership, we are winning in Iraq.

I think we all need to remember who didn’t help next election. That would be you.  Maybe you and Reid and Pelosi should take lessons on governing and progress from the Iraqis.

In evaluating Obama for suitability for president, we must pay attention to a very disturbing trend. One or two people like Ayers, or Wright in his inner circle may be coincidence.

When they become a real large group, it tells us about where Obama’s ideas, and support come from. Of course there is a loud clamoring that those things can’t be pointed out. So loud in fact that things like this are not hitting the big media.

It must be pointed out that a notorious ally of Bill Ayers for many years, Mike Klonsky, is an open member of the Obama campaign. Klonsky runs a blog on the official Obama website here where he claims to be a “professor of education” (the website of the Small Schools Workshop that he directs says only that he teaches some graduate courses, though it appears he was a visiting professor for one year at Nova Southeastern University in Florida in 2006-07) and says he blogs for Obama on “education politics and teaching for social justice.”

Who is Mike Klonsky? Well, on one level, he might just appear to be a protege of Bill Ayers in the education world. He received, as I detail below, a $175,000 grant from the Ayers/Obama-led Annenberg Challenge to run the Small Schools Workshop that he and Ayers started in Chicago to push their school reform agenda.

But that is only half the story. Klonsky was one of the most destructive hardline Maoists in the Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) in the late 60’s who emerged from SDS to form a pro-Chinese sect called the October League that later became the Beijing-recognized Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist). As chairman of the party, Klonsky travelled to Beijing itself in 1977 and, literally, toasted the Chinese stalinist leadership who, in turn, “hailed the formation of the CP(ML) as ‘reflecting the aspirations of the proletariat and working people,’ effectively recognizing the group as the all-but-official US Maoist party.” (Elbaum, Revolution in the Air, 228).”

Who and What is the SDS and Weatherman?

“SDS’s initial efforts at the promotion of civil rights, voting rights, and urban reform were gradually overshadowed by its focus on the Vietnam War. In April 1965, SDS advertised its opposition to the War by participating in the March on Washington.

Many key SDS members were “red-diaper babies,” children of parents who were Communist Party members or Communist activists in the 1930s. In 1966, when President Lyndon Johnson abolished student draft deferments, some 300 new SDS chapters were formed. Among the organization’s activities were: disrupting ROTC classes, staging draft card burnings, and harassing campus recruiters for the CIA and for firms that conducted research tied in some way to national defense. SDS also occupied buildings at universities such as Columbia and destroyed draft records. 

At the 1968 Democratic Convention in Chicago, SDS protestors, organized by Tom Hayden, created a riot in order to destroy the electoral chances of the pro-war liberal Hubert Humphrey, and thereby set the stage for a confrontation with the Nixon Administration over the Vietnam War. Hayden and his cohorts – including Jerry Rubin, Abby Hoffman and Black Panther Bobby Seale — were arrested and indicted for crossing state lines to incite a riot. They became known as The Chicago Seven. In a celebrated trial (whose guilty verdict was subsequently overturned on a technicality), they were given token sentences. 

In 1969 SDS began imploding into factions. One of them, a group calling itself Weatherman, was elected to SDS leadership and proclaimed that the time had come to launch a race war on behalf of the Third World and against the United States. The new entity dissolved SDS and formed a terrorist cult in its place, which was given the name Weather Underground.”

And now you know what too many Obama supporters are tied to. It is really important that Obama be “handled” so that his real beliefs are not made obvious. He is making a huge effort to run to the center now, but he is a Radical Leftist with long time friends who hate this country and really want “Change”. They are the enemy.

Denny’s problem with Iraq is that we are winning. He was sure he could legislate defeat in Iraq, along with Pelosi and Reid. He did not vote to just prevent establishing permanent military installations in Iraq … he voted again and again to cut off funds and to tie funds to immediate withdrawal … we call that “CUT AND RUN”

“Holden, executive director of the Hotel and Lodging Association of Greater Kansas City, is an unusual duck.

He is one of the very few “Republicans for Dennis Moore,” who is an actual walking, talking, quacking Republican.

He is one unhappy duck as well.

Before we get to the source of Holden’s chagrin—and the institutional chagrin of his 230 fellow hoteliers—allow me to spend a moment on the phenomenon known as “Republicans for Moore.”

Every two years, a great swarm of Johnson County “Republicans” publicly declares support for Third District Kansas Congressman, Dennis Moore, a Democrat and a much-storied “moderate.”

Curious about party switching, and convinced that money is the surest measure of the political heart, I decided to review the federal campaign donations of the most prominent of these Republicans—the five “co-chairs” and the fourteen “subcommittee” members headlining the 2004 “Republicans for Moore” ad.

I will spare names, but of the nineteen only two had given more money to Republicans than Democrats over the last twenty years. One of those two either had Alzheimer’s or, more likely, hedged his bets since he donated to Moore’s 2004 opponent, Kris Kobach, but not to Moore.

The final tally among the mischievous nineteen reads Republicans $2,250, Democrats $32,500. In other words these prominent Republicans had given fully 94% of their federal donations to Democrats over the years.

Tom Holden is no such poseur. He backed Moore because he believed Moore genuinely backed local business.

In the first eight years of Moore’s tenure in the house, what Moore thought or did was of little consequence as his party was in the minority. That changed with the November 2006 election.

With power, though, comes light. Tom Holden and his colleagues have seen who Mr. Moore’s real bedfellows are, and they feel betrayed.

Indeed, if Moore continues this unseemly affair, even Johnson County’s fake Republicans may soon be voting Republican.”

Obviously the players that Mr Cashill writes of are local folks. However the middle of this article on Moore deals with people of more note like Roy Lee Williams of the teamsters. Nick Civella of the mob, and yes even Jimmy Hoffa, as well as characters in the AFL-CIO socialists all. Nice friends Denny. Who do you owe. What do you owe them?

JERUSALEM – Israel should give up its nuclear weapons to ensure Iran halts its illicit nuclear program, argues an adviser on nuclear issues to Sen. Barack Obama.

Joseph Cirincione, director of nuclear policy at the Center for American Progress, also previously dismissed reports Israel’s Sept. 6 airstrike targeted a Syrian nuclear reactor as “nonsense” and called Damascus’snuclear program “miniscule.”

Immediately following Israel’s air raid, Cirincione listed “Israelis [who] want to thwart any dialogue between the U.S. and Syria” as among those spreading rumors Syria was constructing a nuclear facility.

Cirincione was commenting on a Sept. 13 Washington Post story about possible links between Syria and North Korea

“Once again, this appears to be the work of a small group of officials leaking cherry-picked, unvetted ‘intelligence to key reporters in order to promote a pre-existing political agenda,” Cirincione wrote in September on the blog of Foreign Policy magazine.

“If this sounds like the run-up to the war in Iraq, it should. This time it appears aimed at derailing the U.S.-North Korean agreement that administration hardliners think is appeasement,” Cirincione wrote.
