I don’t remember growing older,

When did she get to be a beauty,
When did he grow to be so tall?

Wasn’t it yesterday when they were small?

Swiftly flow the days.

Seedlings turn overnight to sunflowers,
Blossoming even as we gaze.

Swiftly fly the years,
One season following another,
Laiden with happiness and tears.

What words of wisdom can I give them,
How can I help to ease their way?

Now they must learn from one another,
Day by day.

And what a cutie she is…. 9 lbs 4 oz, and 21.5 inches tall. Gotta love her.

Confirmation

Last night Miss Em received the sacrement of Confirmation. Look at how tall that kid is! Also pictured is her Aunt Pambo, and some guys in robes.

Miss Em is completely capable of being graceful and serious, or landing a part in a play and unabashedly enjoy clowning around on stage.

She is a fully capable young lady and we love her.
