I can't go on there as there are 5 drunk females with my uncommon name on there so my friend kilo alpha might go in my stead but I don't know how to advise her so I keep procrastinating but I will be working on it.

I'll wait to hear the other suggestions but a realistic one for me would be to not gain more than one pound a month or do Sit and be fit more that 3 times a month. Am I getting close?

Good point ... everyone propose your areas of competition.

Perhaps we should have 3 - 5 things.

Hardest part is 1) to keep it fair and 2) like he said the main goal is beating yourself the most wins. so I want it to be something where our tests have to do something to reach our goals individually. army pt test calculator works at keeping it even... but it's not exactly what i'm looking for to hit goals. if my goal is to gain 5lbs it doesn't really take that into account. so all input is welcome. sent it to me and i will try to compile a list of suggestions. it may be as simple as dividing the testing into categories and have everyone choose a test that will reach their goal but meet the category and that way it's more individualized but can still be scored to compete. i'm excited because we all had a good time last time. we're all pretty competitive, i know this one is MUCH longer then the last but i'm doing that on purpose. i think the added time will help in reaching real goals for real people. rather then someone saying i wanna lose 10 lbs in two weeks they can say hey it's more realistic to lose 10 lbs in a matter of months then weeks ya know?
